We are seeking a highly experienced Fundraising Partner to lead and scale our capital-raising efforts, strengthen relationships with Limited Partners (LPs), and drive long-term growth for our funds.

Position Overview

The Fundraising Partner will be responsible for developing and executing the firm’s capital-raising strategy across current and future funds. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for institutional investors, family offices, fund-of-funds, endowments, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs). As a partner-level leader, you will play a critical role in shaping the firm’s growth trajectory, managing LP relationships, and ensuring successful fundraising outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Investor Relations

• Develop and execute comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet or exceed fund capital-raising targets.

• Build, maintain, and expand relationships with institutional investors, family offices, sovereign wealth funds, fund-of-funds, and UHNWIs globally.

• Manage all aspects of the fundraising lifecycle: pipeline development, investor outreach, roadshows, due diligence, and closing commitments.

• Organize and lead investor meetings, LP summits, and fundraising events.

Strategy & Collaboration

• Work closely with the Managing Partners and Investment Team to align fundraising strategy with fund investment themes and market positioning.

• Provide input on fund structuring, marketing materials, and investor communications.

• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to all fundraising regulations and reporting standards.

Investor Communication & Reporting

• Develop compelling fundraising materials including pitch decks, private placement memorandums, investor letters, and quarterly updates.

• Maintain ongoing investor relations, ensuring LPs are informed and engaged throughout the investment lifecycle.

• Represent the firm at industry conferences, investor panels, and networking events to enhance visibility.

Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership

• Stay current with VC fundraising trends, LP sentiment, and competitive dynamics.

• Provide insights to the partnership on market opportunities, emerging investor segments, and capital allocation patterns.

Qualifications

Required:

• 5+ years of experience in fundraising, investor relations, or capital markets, with at least 3+ years in venture capital, private equity, or alternative asset fundraising.

• Proven track record of raising institutional capital for VC or PE funds.

• Deep network of LP relationships across geographies and investor types.

• Strong understanding of venture capital fund structures, terms, and LP-GP dynamics.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

• Highly strategic mindset with ability to execute under tight timelines.

Preferred:

• Experience at a top-tier venture capital, growth equity, or private equity firm.

• MBA, CFA, or similar advanced degree/credential.

• International fundraising experience.

• Familiarity with emerging asset classes (e.g., impact investing, climate tech funds).
