We're looking for a Legal Intern to support our team on fund operations, startup investments, and regulatory matters—all at the intersection of law, tech, and innovation.

What You’ll Work On:

Assist with legal due diligence for early-stage investments
Review and draft NDAs, term sheets, and side letters
Help manage fund documents and compliance workflows
Research legal topics related to AI, data privacy, and venture law
Collaborate with legal counsel and investment team on deal execution

What We’re Looking For:

Current JD student (1L, 2L, or 3L) with strong academic performance
Interest in venture capital, startups, and emerging tech law
Detail-oriented and organized with strong writing skills
Ability to handle sensitive information professionally
Bonus: familiarity with cap tables, SAFEs, or data/AI regulations
